I feel like I know this guy so well that if you asked me to tell you what rate his heart beats I could. And if you told me to say what's going through his mind, no matter how unreadable of expression upon his face, I could.

I feel like I breath this person. I know everything about him. And while I may have an advantage here, seeing as he isn't real but just a character in my head, to me he seems like someone whose alive. Someone who breaths love and happiness and despair and hope.

Maybe I'm crazy. But I know him - better even - then I know myself.

This guy, he's name is Lachlan Davin. I created him (in a sense) in early October, 2007. Though I'd more say he flew into my head and since then I have gotten to know him more and more. And get closer.

He's my first character that I've created that has lasted for more then a month. My first.

I know his whole life. I've got four novels worth of plot on his teenage life. I've got a heap of short stories worth of plot on him and his siblings later on. There's all this there, I just haven't written it yet.

I've got all this. It's all in my head.

Maybe I'm intimated to write his story. It's become so personal that I don't want to get anything wrong. I want it to be perfect.

Oh, what the heck, I'm just a little stuck with writing at the moment. It's not writers block - cause I can write - and it's no lack of idea's - because I have too many to count. I just don't know how to get my confidence in knowing that what I start with will end up somewhere I can deal with.

Anyway, I'll put something up soon. Maybe about Lachlan, so you get a chance to see who he is a little.

Maybe even a prologue that I'm toying with. Maybe.
